
There were 3 MAJOR PROBLEMS with my purchase of this product from Lauren Silva off of Amazon.com:
1) I paid almost $7.00 extra for expedited shipping for the item and it arrived 2 1/2 weeks later. The company, Lauren Silva, told me that the post office tracking information online was always wrong, but the post office told me that the bra had not even been picked up from their warehouse. Eventually after arguing with several customer service agents, I received a refund on my added expense for shipping.
2) THE BIG PROBLEM: THE BRA
I was utterly disappointed when I did finally try on the bra when I received it. First the bra was NOTHING like it was in the picture. The cups are not nice and full and padded like they are on the girl. They are sheer and non-supportive. I am a 34D, so I ordered a 34D, but surprise, it didn't fit. It was too big in the cup size, however the underwire supplied was too small and was digging into me. The bra straps were too big as well. The main problem is that THIS IS NOT A POSTURE BRA!!!!!! I don't care what it says. Even if the bra had fit perfectly, the back of the bra, which they conveniently they do not show in the picture, is little more than a racer-back bra. There was NO support!
3) Since I would not even trade the bra in for another size, considering it's flaws, I had to return it. This is for people who might have already have ordered this: you HAVE TO GET A NUMBER FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE THEY WILL ACCEPT YOUR RETURN. You have to put this number on the package before you send it back to the warehouse or else they won't accept it. If you find yourself in that situation I pity you, because I DID follow directions, and it has been 1 month, and I still have not heard anything regarding my return.
